Hockey
Hockey is personally one of my favourite ways to have a healthier lifestyle. Hockey is a fun, exciting way to exercise. Wether, it is outside in the cold in the middle of Winter or indoors in the middle of summer. Hockey can be played with a bunch of friend or complete strangers. Hockey is a good way to socialize and exercise at the same time. Hockey is a very intense sport that requires a vast amount of physical activity. The speed of the game is very fast. It sharpens your mind and body; mind by thinking fast, body by working hard.
Here is a video that shows some of the greatest goals of the 2010/11 season. All of these goals take a fast mind and body in physical shape.
Hockey is everyone's favorite sport. I too like it.Sports are healthy for people because they keep us fit, they are helpful in another way too, they can help us to get relieve from stress by giving us an outlet for your anger, saddness, and other feelings. Sports can also keep you socialy healthy by giving us friends because without friends you won't have any self esteem.

ReplyDeleteThe number 1 goal on the video is crazy. Jordan Erberle definately has the skill to be a great hockey player for years to come.
