Swimming

Swimming is one of the best exercises one can do. It is very affect way to a healthy lifestyle. Swimming is particularly good because the water provides resists. Also, when in water buoyancy (a upward force) is present. Buoyancy is also important because it provides no stress on back, knees and other joints. There is no stress on any joint because when swimming you are floating.

Below is a picture of Michael Phelps showing his domination in 2008 Olympics. He won eight gold medals in swimming events. This is the most medals one by one athlete in a single year. Michael Phelps could arguably be best athlete ever. He is in tremendous shape.

  1. I totally agree with you. Swimming is also one of the best exercise which not only make is physically fit but also socially active. I think it also help us in increasing our will power. While swimming not only our hands and legs are involved but also involves our brain which help us in increasing our concentration.
