
MEDITATION :- Meditation is a stress management technique.It is a breathing exercise.A simple ten to fifteen minute breathing exercise can help us to overcome our stress. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy. With the help of meditation we can make control over our thoughts,emotions and feelings.
There are so many benefits of meditation as :

- Helps to reduce hight blood pressure.
- Maintains concentration.
- Increases creativity.
- Makes happy.
- Gives Peace to mind.
I was unaware that a breathing excerise could so much. When doing breathing excercise can you think about anything, or is the head suppose to be clear of all thoughts?
ReplyDeleteno travis ,we just have to make our concentration towards positive approach. It should be beneficial if we don't think about anything n try to focus on any postive approach.then this meditation can make anybody's life from crap to awesome.
ReplyDeleteMeditation really makes us feel better.....By meditation not only our mind become fresh but also our soul.....We feel relaxed after just a meditation of 15 minutes.
